hey!! i saw your post about having a panic attack. i know its since been deleted but i want you to know that it's gonna be ok. panic attacks can come from anywhere and anything and you dont have to feel bad about feeling bad, especially if it comes out of seemingly nowhere!! generally its a strong feeling of impending doom and feeling of super awfulness so if you start feeling that way, remember to breathe and try to focus on one thing - anything, even a random water bottle in the room can help!

thank you!! :’) I know pretty much what they feel like (for me at least) but it was a different situation and I had just woken up so I was confused and still not really awake to really comprehend what happened (I had a nightmare in the form of a flashback at the tail end of my sleep last night) and i pretty much laid in bed for 3 more hours after i woke up confused and scared. lol i think i should start looking for some resources for ptsd huh
